C# Developer needed for project

I'm looking to hire (1) Developer with the following skills. I am not interested in hiring groups of developers, or managers of developers. This is for a SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT project. If you do not meet the skills below, please do not apply. This is for a Software Development position, it involves no graphics design, web development or other work not directly related to software engineering. 1) Strong knowledge of C# and .NET 1.1 as well as .Net 2.0. C++ a plus. We are migrating our project over to Visual Studio 2005 currently; It will be an extreme help if you're using that as well. 2) Experience working with object-oriented components and projects. 3) Experience using the [login to view URL] namespace for graphics/user interface work. 4) Experience working with XML via [login to view URL] 5) Strong English skills are a necessity. Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
