Urgent Voice Chat Script using OCX(repost)

i need voice chat script in php/mysql with ocx/cab which must work on IE and Firefox browsers in web interface. Hosting server is unix/linux/windows! Voice chat features : max 200 users in 1 room private chat/voice in popup window talk button with hands free mode voice chat in main room where all users in room listens to the speaker users can ignore any user registeration sytem layout like paltalk voice chat must work in all browsers fast chat client load registeration/guest login modify sound settings handsfree option raise hands Voice chat admin functions like kick/ban/mute user/admins can make any user moderator create new rooms and set how many users can login admin can change colors for users show users who are chatting now on outside on any php page. I need chat/voice chat like paltalk rooms. Same interface with same custom options.(video not needed) ------------------------------------------------------- Main Page : Guest/Login system ( guest can enter into chatroom by just entering there nickname, they can also register and login to reserve there usernames. When guest enter his nickname and clicks on submit button he enters into main default voice chat room where interface must be like paltalk room with same paltalk features such as chat messages on left and users online on right frame and voice talk, hands mode at the bottom ot the above with emoticons. Raise Hands, Mute User, Unmute User, Release Mic, Kick user all features must be same like its in the paltalk room. Registered users can create new voice chat rooms and become administrator of that room. There must be administration from where admin can add/delete default rooms and make any registered user as moderator and ban/unban area. Must work in all browsers and it must be fast. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
