Help Desk Query Tool is needed ASAP. Ideally work should be completed by end of day Jan 16 2006 (Central Time Zone). Please bid only if you are sure that you are capable of doing this work, and within the tight timeframe. So, please read carefully. I have created 3 basic (non-functioning) asp sample content pages (search, details and export), and have included an Access database with corresponding sample data (2 tables, one view/query - should be DTS-ed to SQL Server 2000). I don't need the pages adjusted/formatted to look nicer, I just need the ASP code to make them function as follows: 1) User can search by customer or issue or both. If neither is selected, all records will be displayed. Results are shown on the bottom half of page. 2) Number of records found is displayed. 3) A hyperlink on Ticket # becomes visible. This links to a detail page. Note, I have include a numeric TicketID and alphanumeric TicketCode to balance meaningful display characters and search efficiency (e.g. tables are linked by ticket ID). 4)The detail page contains additional data for the ticket, plus a listing of comments from the comments table. 5) Filter and sort drop-lists on the detail page should provide respective data filtering and display capabilites. 6) Clicking the Export button should send a comma-delimited output of the current criterion to the screen (new page, etc.) Ideally, this SHOULD export the comments as filtered, but not critical. An output example using data from the database is displayed on [login to view URL] I'm using Dreamweaver, so the pages you provide should be viewable/editable in that platform. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
