Guide to implement DRM (Digital Rights Managements)

I want to distribute videos with a monthly subscription fee. Only playable on computers (not portable devices, etc.) This bid is only for a quick guide on how to implement Digital rights management from microsoft. see: <[login to view URL]> My scenario: -The users will pay a monthly fee. -The users will download files to their hard drives -meanwhile the user subscription has not expired, they will be able to play the files. -when the subscription expires, the user will not be able to play the files and will see a message that his subscription has expired. -I would like to use .NET platform for managing subscriptions (webservices, asp.net, etc.) I know that microsoft provides all the info, but it requires researching, and that is what I will pay for. So, the winning bider will be only responsible to send me a guide with the steps to implement DRM. For example: 1. Record your video as avi format 2. Encode the .avi file to .asf with X tool downloaded from: [login to view URL] 3. Download XX SDK 4. Encrypt the files and link it ot a web service 5. programm a web service to manage subscriptions. 6. pay the license to microsoft 7. etc. etc. Please note that this bid is only for researching, not coding.
