ASP Intranet - Rewrite To ASP.Net

Only serious coders - with ASP & ASP.NET (2003-preferred) experience, a willingness to provide comments and with excellent communications skills (with me) - please apply. If you feel in anyway - that you might be on vacation, or on a trip or other business might inpact this project - then please don't apply. I need someone who wants to communicate on a daily or every other day basis. If you don't, please be advise - I will arbitrate anyone who doesn't want to communicate with me in a timely manor. Project: ASP Intranet Project (which I have written) - Convert to ASP.NET. Full source can be provided upon request - prior to bid - but will not be posted. It is at my option to either provide the requested files or not provide them. You will only be provided the files if I believe you are a possible coder that I am considering. The coder will be responsible for rewriting the complete intranet application (using my ASP-Source-Code) - into ASP.Net, completely rewriting the source, database, structure - etc. into a fast ASP.Net Application. There will also be a few modifications to the application, but nothing major and can be discussed either before or during the project. Project & Source must be commented and understandable. If Other Visual Studio Coding is needed - I prefer VB.Net over all others, however - we can discuss. Regards SA ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000/XP
