Dating-Phone Website optimized for Mobile Devices

We need a scalable dating-phone website optimized for Mobile devices with click to call functionality which should work on Android, iOS and Windows phones. On the site 30 or more profiles should be shown. The profiles should easily be editable (Also from someone without knowledge). Profile information includes: pictures, video and info table. The profiles have different statuses (online, offline, busy). The listing of the different profiles should be dynamic. First all online profiles afterwards the busy profiles and last the offline profiles. The status information is given via XML interfaces (two different XML-interfaces will have to be connected to the site). The numbers to where the calls should be routed should be editable easily for each profile. Users can browse the profiles and call the profile via pressing the call button if the profile is online. The site should then trigger the phone to setup a phone call. Every user should furthermore receive the advice to ad the site to their mobile home screen. Ad-On for Android phones: Users via Android devices should be able to download a real app. The App should have the same functions as the web version. Calls should be done out of the app to avoid the call conformation of the device. Following functions should be furthermore added: • Users can pick profiles as favorites o If I favorite profile goes online they get a push message. • Users can Text with profiles. o The messaging service should be integrated in the app but should run via normal SMS. If possible all incoming SMS should only be displayed in the APP and not in the SMS chat of the phone. We will provide all graphics or the site.
