Customize customer form.

Customize customer form. I bought an extension Customer Attributes. I need two changes. 1) Create two masks for the same field (999999999-99) and (99.999.999/9999-99). 2) Hide and show fields as selected in the dropdown selection. The picture attached is a desire as exemplifying the form Note. I set the mask, but I could not configure both to the same field. If you need more information I can send the files that changed. I need the approximate cost for the changes. Thank you.
