I am creating a Jewish prayer book in Hebrew for children, otherwise known as a "Siddur". Each one of the 13 prayers in the Siddur focuses on praise or gratitude. In addition, there is a collection of short blessings at the end, which are said before and after eating a meal. The Siddur is meant for children ages 3-6, for them to use on a weekly basis, primarily on Shabbat / Saturday. I would like the illustrations to reflect the meaning of each prayer, which I can explain to the illustrator directly, if he/she does not understand Hebrew. There should be an underlying theme to the illustration, such as a connection to the land of Israel, nature, Jewish symbols etc. I am open to creative ideas. I would like the illustrations to be original, fresh, without any depictions of people or children. Thank you! Batya

Hey there! Do you need 13 illustrations then? 1 per prayer? And could you provide some references for what you'd like in terms of style and level of detail?
