We are looking for a part-time C# Developer or a small company with C# expertise. This project is for an 11 year old SMALL Internet Infrastructure Company with customers in 28 countries. Currently the customer management, billing and support systems are a mix of off-the-shelf Linux and Windows products. We are looking to develop a SQL & C# based solution that will combine all our needs to one application, with Wenb Interface access for our customers.
We are looking for a part time C# developer with application design and developement skills who can work with us on an ongoing basis about 10 to 20 hours per week. We prefer to work with an individual or a small company who is flexible in working with us from scratch. This project is expected to run about a year or more. Our preference is for a candidate from the Indian Subcontinent due to the time schedule of our support staff. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication in US English. We will also consider a moonlighter with a full time job elsewhere and looking for some additional income. The amount shown below is the monthly budget.
