Our company is an ISP (internet service provider) and we require a remote employee to provide support to our clients. This includes answering calls, replying to Whatsapp messages, responding to emails, and troubleshooting any problems. In our network, we use Mikrotik and Ubiquiti equipment. Additionally, the job involves monitoring the performance of our network, suggesting improvements, and updating our billing and management systems.
All of the necessary access and management systems will be provided by us, including the VOIP phone and access to our billing and management systems.

The following times are in South African time (GMT +2)
Mon-Fri: 6:00pm - 12:30am
Sat: 3:00pm - 9:00pm and 10:00pm - 12:30am
Sun: 7:00am - 11:30am, 1:00pm - 3:30pm, 6:00pm - 12:30am
