Customize CodePlex Polling Web Part for SharePoint 07 (Moss)

We need a modified version of the polling solution posted here on CodePlex [login to view URL] . We need the chart type changed to a Bar Chart and it should look like similar to the image attached to this project. There will be one table we supply that will have our sites styles. You will need to incorporate that into the source code. The code uses HtmlTextWriter method to create the HTML. There is a table there now. Please review the source code prior to bidding.
