I am currently in need of a skilled web developer to help improve an existing website from HTML to PHP. This website is currently written in HTML and needs to be upgraded to utilize the features of PHP. Simple background: Holy Quraan consists of 114 chapters. Each chapter has a special name and number. Each Chapter consists of statements, which each has a number.
The Demands (Dashboard):
1- Editing the names and the numbers of the chapters in the HolyQuraan.
2- Using rich text editor to write, edit and publish new articles.
3- Adding a new article, and write its title, its chapter in Holy Quraan (There are 114 chapters in Hold Quraan), number of the statement, the name of its subject(s), its link in facebook, the body of the text, new article flag (to draw the attention of the regular visitors), and the writing date.
4- Further, I want to determine/upload the links, images, vidoes, and youtubes pages that should be shown in the page of each article.
5- Adding/Editing/Removing the name of the subjects (in the dashboard).
6- Modify/update/edit each article with its information shown in (3).
7- Showing some statistics about the visits (countries, total).
8- Giving me an option to write a sub domain in English language.

10- Adding a contact form.
11- Showing the articles in two ways, as HTML (as current) and from the facebook.
12- In the articles page, [login to view URL], we want to sort the articles in three modes:
a. The location of the statements in Holy Quraan (chapter number + statement number) .. the current view is based on that.
b. The subjects.
c. The writing date.
13- The selection in 11 should remain while I am browsing the articles.
14- In opening each aritlce, Next and Prev buttons appear. The reader can jump from an article to another based on the options in (11).
15- Sharing the articles with a wide range of social medial messages platforms whatsapp, signal, telegram, messenger).
16- I want to add a new page where I can show some weblinks.
Cookies:
17- Saving the selection for browsing the articles based on their location, writing date, and subjects.
18- The most selected social media messenger.
19- The browsing will be as HTML or as facebook page.
20- Notifications: I want to push notifications to users when I upload a new article (negotiated).
Google search engine:
