Hi, I have recently made a similar app. It is an MCQ quiz app. It has an SQL database of questions (which can have images or text or both) and answers that can be uploaded to the server and used in the app by downloading from the servers. There is a detailed quiz result page. There is user registration with the OTP verification feature. The user database is kept at the server. I made the app integrated with Firebase server but if you want I can make it integrate to your servers as well.
