iPhone app for manage events and details information using GPS user position

I need an iPhone for manage: - the first page with a list of nearest events to the user + filter page - page for show all events near the user (+ filter page) - page for show all location near the user (+ filter page) - pages with the detail of the event - pages with the detail of the location - update/settings page for update local DB and images of the location (and settings information: number of miles for calculate <= value for the event and locations to show) ... and set other user settings - information/about page - show message (from WS) on app startup - manage apns messages: show a list of APNS message received from device, allow to show details, delete them or make readed. Manage 2 differents languages and in settings page allow to change/choose language for switch app labels and words for the language choosen Manage update process (for locations and events) for read records from remote DB; using my WS you have to pass device last update time stamp and other values for know user position; you've to update device DB: - records to insert (if the record there isn't already in local DB) - records to update (if the record is in local DB and the TS of Server DB is > of of "last device update timestamp") - records to delete (if remote record have deleted field set to 1 and TS of server record is > of "last device update timestamp") I've already created webservices for create the XML with all records near user with timestamp > "last device update timestamp", I've already the DB and I've layout already ready. I'll provide screen shot of each page and fields to use for each page (filter and detail page); screen shots are fixed and no changes will be applyed I'll provide details of each seach page and fields detail of settings page App must be well coded, with good code structure and right memory usage. I need app source code every 2 days because my PM need to know (and show) work in progress
