Hybrid Tablet App -- 4

A *tablet* application needs to be developed for an In-House project. There are 18 screens and 2 background processes (Firebase RealTime DB connection and auto-timed screen lock). API, design and, documents/guides are ready for the App. Also; our teammates will provide technical support to developers when necessary. Pre-requirements are: * The application must be developed with Flutter or React. * Must have multi-language support integrated with Online Resource files. * Coding should be clean and the project should be sustainable. * Object-Oriented and Design Patterns should be used. * Service connection parameters should be managed from a single location. * The design developed by our designers will be applied. A Pixel-Perfect application is expected. Our designers will be ready to assist when necessary. * The project will be divided into milestones and received and the payment will be made according to the milestones. * Delivery date is our red line. If not delivered on the scheduled date, a penalty (fee cut) will be imposed. * Clear and commented source code have to be shared with us.
