Build a mobil website

A mobile website which will: 1. Be called "Howell Specials" - concept is a mobile website which will provide users with information regarding non-coupon specials by Day of week, Type (food/services) 2. Will have multiple individual administrator sign-ins for business owners to administer their specials per number 1 above 3. Design is open, but was thinking about a chalkboard design, similar to what you see in a restaurant where the daily specials are listed. If you have a better idea, open to it, will pay more for the better design. 4. Provides for a link to sign-up as a business owner interested to join 5. Also, will allow users to tag certain specials and be sent a reminder on specific specials 6. An email forward link for each individual special listed 7. There might be more as the design is completed, will pay additional if add ons. Timing- next 30 days
