I am seeking a tech-savvy freelancer to develop a demo of a groundbreaking networking platform for individuals with special needs. The main goal of the app is to foster communication and build a sense of community by connecting users. Please take note that this project entails the creation of a cross-platform mobile app comprising these features: - Messaging and Chat: Users should be able to engage in private conversations and group chats, ensuring seamless peer-to-peer and group interactions. - User Profiles and Search Functionality: Users should have individual profiles that display limited personal information. A search functionality that allows users to find others based on certain criteria should also be in place. - Community Forums: The app should have forums where users can publicly post messages, discuss various topics, or share experiences in a community-like environment. Although the specific special needs communities to focus on have been yet undetermined, the app should potentially cater to all communities, encompassing Autism, Down Syndrome, Physical Disabilities, and more. The design of the user interface is still open for discussion, but it has to be user-friendly and cater specifically to the needs and comfort of our users.
