Vendor Contact & Product Management Database

I'm in need of a Microsoft Access database specifically designed to store, manage, and quickly retrieve vendor company/contact information and the products they offer. This database is intended to be a source book for our inside sales team to help them identify who to source products from for bids or orders. The following details are required for each vendor company and contact: - Company Name - Company ID (Unique to our internal ERP software) - Company Freight Terms - Company AD Affiliation Box - Company Preferred Sourcing Status - Company Shipping Location(s) - Company Notes - Contact Name - Phone number - Email address - Address - Product(s) they offer Additional Requirements: - Easy to use query where a sales person can input the product they are needing, and it returns all vendor/contacts that offer that product. - Easy to use form for creating new contacts with required entries to complete. - Easy to use form for creating new vendors with required entries to complete. - A vendor & contact directory report to show all records. - Ability to add new products and shipping locations to existing or new vendors. Optional Requirements (Dependent on complexity required): - Search function so users may search keywords and it return records that match from within a notes or subcategory field. I anticipate the database would have user-friendly interface with simple navigation. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in Microsoft Access database design, knowledge in CRM or similar databases, and strong attention to detail and accuracy. Your role will be to design the database and train myself on how to input additional data since contacts and sources are fluid. I have provided a very rough template with most of the requirements included to give a better idea about what I am looking for. The provided vendor/contact information can be utilized to get the database functional, I will be responsible for inputting the remainder of the data once complete.
