Hi! I just looked your assignment and I could easiliy do it and explain to you step by step how it was done. I'm a graduate student doing my thesis on neural network identification and control on a submarine vehicle. I've done plenty of two-links robot manipulator simulations, in matlab scripts and simulink. I've also implemented several types of controllers from classic PIDs to nonlinear, robust, adaptive, fuzzy and neural network-based controllers.
