A freelancer should be good at matlab and lateX, some parts should be done in matlab in this project and then produced them in lateX. And some parts need to be solved by hand and then produced them in lateX. Freelancer should start to read from "getting started" section in the "project" file to understand how to do the project. I uploaded 2 file "brief" and the "project" file. the "brief file just describe the project basically and the "project" file have $parts which freelancer should complete them.

Hi there, I will introduce myself, I´m a civil engineer with a major in structural and geothecnics. Most of my courses demanded me to resolve complex problems in Matlab or Python. As you might come to learn this training made me a good problem solver using maths programming. In college I´ve solved the heat transmision problem and Elasticity problem both using Finite differences and finnite elements method, ussing matlab and python. As you can see for me this isn´t a new subject. I´ts because of this that I know how long t takes and all the codding that has to be done.
