I own one of three US Patents. I currently have a person that was marketing the product to companies to secure a licencing deal. The marketing involves research on the company, calling or emailing to reach out to those in charge, fluently discussing the product, and setting appointments so we can meet and continue discussions. My current marketing person found and opened discussions with a large worldwide company in Indiana. The point of contact showed great interest but I don't have any POC information. The individual hired to do my marketing unfortunately has major health and family issues, and simply vanished. They live in another state and I'm unable to make contact. So I need to start this process over again. I need someone with the talent and skill to pickup where they left off concerning this one particular company. I will provide you a full understanding of the product, market, and past efforts. Videos and a prototype are available. If you feel you can help me please respond. Regards

Hi, I think this is a very exciting prospect, I would be interested to learn more about the patent. I think the key is to make the licensing process appealing to the company, before picking up the phone. Two routes I would be happy to explore are working on the current leads that you might have from the previous marketing employee, and secondly researching a completely new leads. The road-map to success: -Getting to know the product, and the market it operates in -Learning about the competitive advantage the licensing can have to the company -Researching prospects -Finding leads -Getting the foot in the door (appointments!) Let me know more details about your patent, so I can make a quick scan of the market to understand specific research and marketing techniques that would be appropriate for this project.
