The ideal candidate should have: - Solid experience with stick welding. - Their own welding equipment. - Valid insurance coverage. No certification is needed but the welder should be capable of delivering high-quality work consistently. This project is ongoing not only welding but other multi task work such as painting we train . This job could last the entire year. Flexibility in terms of availability is a major plus. Your punctuality and reliability, along with your welding skills, will be essential for the success of the project.
