magento2 and paypal express wrong total

Check screenshots attacched 1A product page - express checkout 1B wrong total amount 2A as guest, on cart page, express checkout 2B wrong total amount in paypal 3A 3B Same for euro - my magento base currency is in euro, nothing change 4A logged in, resigerted client as “mimmo parola” 4B express checkout , total amount in paypal is CORRECT NOW (is correct also after normal checkout, no as guest) So, why as guest, total is always wrong, has extra money, and customer need to register and be logged in to my site to have correct total in paypal?
