Magento Filterable/ switchable product page view/checkout

Need to developed/ setup a attribute that will make will allow visitor to switch between color size & width and Then check out. Most likely it can be done by grouped/ configuration product uplaod. This is very common for any shoe store. Rule: 1. By the size/width/color product/ product image will switch 2. Remember everysingle combination comes with a unique UPC code 3. When product has been order in the order it must show the title/name of the product, Size, Color, Width and UPC Here is a sample work to give you live example what I want. In attachment you will find a file for the test products, images and description of the product as a test product. Remember I want to have the attribute only and don't expect a full design. ( for you satisfaction you can design) . I want to have a option ready so that any data entry team can easily upload products into our site and it shows like shoebacca's product page.
