design logo for freelance management consultant

Design a logo which can be used on business cards, presentations, letter heads etc. I am a freelance management consultant/ interim manager/ business project manager focused on facilitating and delivering change from within organisations in terms of organisational design, performance management, leadership & behaviour. My clients are senior management of Profit & Non Profit organisations. So the logo needs to be smart and professional and has the 'fresh' look which reflects my fresh energetic style. I believe that 'authentic and valuable change comes from within the people/ the organisation'. I work with the people in the organisation and have the drive to deliver change that lasts. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
