I would like to assign only any outbound traffic to [login to view URL] while leaving the inbound traffic IP unchanged.

We will have to discuss in further detail and I'd have to look a little further in to it, but it sounds to me as though you're setting yourself up for the possibility of running to what's called split horizon issues. Other things will have to be taken in to consideration, including the routing on your router. But I'd be happy to take a look at it and straighten it out for you.
