If that gets you excited, you need to read this: So right now, my team and I are growing VERY rapidly, and we are currently looking for our next Social Media Appointment Setter. Please read below carefully: I am looking for a highly driven, focused individual with GREAT ENGLISH (speaking and writing), who is hungry to succeed in a social media management and sales messaging role. This is a full time position that will require your commitment. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Watching all of my social content (comments, followers, stories, polls etc) for leads -Sending messages to people on social media platforms like Instagram, and Facebook to book sales calls. -Following a provided script, and also working with the sales leadership team to develop even better messaging strategies. And, yes, you will be doing Outbound messaging to cold leads. -Messaging people to confirm their existing sales calls, to ensure a maximum show up rate. -Working directly with our phone closers to enroll clients into our program. -Potentially becoming the leader of my Outreach Team and building a team of virtual assistants to work alongside you. I can't stress this enough... This is a SALES HEAVY ROLE. Because you will be messaging hundreds of people a week in English, your English skills must be highly skilled. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR: -If your English is not great (you cannot write with proper grammar, and speak fluently), please do not apply -If you are not willing to work a few extra hours because the team needs you, this is not for you. -If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply. -If your computer and mobile phone are older than 3 years.(You need to have high performing hardware & internet speed which I will be testing) WHO THIS IS FOR: -If you want to be part of an impact-oriented, hard working and fast growing team to really make permanent transformations on a lot of people’s lives, this is for you. -If you like to also be paid off of PERFORMANCE (meaning the more calls you book the more money you make) rather than hourly pay, this is for you. -If you are LOYAL, and want to have a long term relationship with your employer who will treat you the right way for years to come, this is for you. -If you have experience messaging people to book sales calls, this is for you. Sales is the life of any business, and if you do not perform, I will do everything possible to support you and operate as a safety net so you don't fail. However, if you still do not show signs of improvement, or hitting your standards of performance for 4 weeks straight, you will be let go. This is a fast paced environment. You will face a lot of rejection while messaging prospects, people will be rude(barely ever), people will ghost you, people will flake out. I will push you to book calls throughout the day if you're slacking. If you're fragile and easily disappointed this role is not for you. This role requires hunger and assertiveness.. I will push you to hit your standard of performance goals and if you can't handle constant pressure you will genuinely NOT enjoy this job.
