Create Joomla Site (Template+Graphics)

My client is looking for a totally unique and totally "corporate" feel to the site that will immediate inspire confidence. It needs to have all the same functionality and a similar appearance (but without copying anything) from [login to view URL] . My client would like photographs of cute cat and kittens just the that site and is also happy with the colour scheme. They especially like the way that the cats paws appear to overlay the navigation bar. Perhaps this could also be done with a cats tail. My client's site will be different (still cat related) because all the graphics and text will be changed. Once the template is created we will provide the text via our own in-house SEO experts. All graphics must be royalty-free or rights managed with transferrence of the copyright ownership upon release of the ESCROW payment at the end of the project. We would welcome the use of real cats specially posing for the pictures but also stock photography is acceptable. There must be a menu very similar to the one on the example website so that when the visitor rolls over each section they animate and a sub menu underneath is revealed to allow the visitor to click through to deeper pages within the site without having to go through the parent node. All transactions will be processed through a third party shopping cart system so only simple form buttons are required to add products to cart or to view the shopping cart. My client would like the photo gallery so that visitors can easily upload their own photographs (subject to being moderated before appearing on the site). A logo will need creating for the site.
