Flash & Video Streaming Programmer Required

We need a very good flash programmer who is experienced with video streaming on wowza.com. We need some custom programming done to this open source video playlist creator script: [login to view URL] 1) We need to remove or hide rewind, pause and forward buttons on Flow Video Player. 2) We need to remove or hide progress bar on Flow Video Player. 3) When video player reloads playlist MUST NOT start from the beginning but must start from whatever video is currently running in playlist. 4) Using Youtube API we must be able to create playlist by importing Youtube videos via Youtube URLs. 5) We also need option of creating playlist via uploading videos from PC or importing videos from a web server. 6) We need to generate embed code so we can embed video playlist on any website.
