Javascript and AJAX Developer Needed

Company Profile Robin Hood Technology Inc., based in Milton, Ontario, is a web development company that specializes in web-site design, strategy, consulting and programming. We currently have a client that is developing an online massive multiplayer online game (MMOG). We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated JS and AJAX Developer / Ninja to set-up and continue development on this browser-based game, similar to eRepublik. This project is expected to run 3 to 6 months. Responsibilities - Assist in the wireframes and development process for the game - JS Programming using the JQuery AJAX Framework for the UI needs of the game - Make suggestions in regards to database development , and design for the project - Find, analyze and debug any issues or errors that exist in the game - Test the features, and recommend enhancements to the game - Assist in the development of the game API Required Experience - Bachelor’s degree or college/university program certificate (minimum 2 years) from an accredited educational institution in Computer Science or related field - Fluent in English - Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical details, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and ask for help to produce well-written code efficiently - Ability to work in a team environment - Be able to allocate 30 to 40 hours/week - Have 3 examples of previous Javascript, JQuery and AJAX work - Ability to commute to Milton, at least 3 times per week Required Technical Experience (3+ years practical experience) Must Have: Javascript & JQuery AJAX HTML CSS API Integration Nice to Have: HTML 5.0 PHP MySQL Apache Web Server Administration Gaming Experience
