Hi, I would like to build a website for parents committees at schools. The language is Hebrew (RTL) About the project: Web-application to be built in 45 days (not only working days but all days). The design will be started soon and in parallel to it I would like to have the back-end dev. All HTMLs will be built by designer and all images will be provided. The project will be managed by me in Agile and build will be done every 3 days. About me: I am a java developer with vast experience in Java core development but not in Spring. About developers: I would like to have two java developers to help me to create that web-application. The developers should have vast experience in Java/Spring and also the clientside Javascript libraries like JQuery, etc. Payment: payment will be done based on [login to view URL] for each developer will be $450. See attached document that describes it.
