Website Design

Hi I am looking for (a) someone/company to design a website for me where I would be able to sell my collection of shoes. Currently, I am selling alot of my shoes on ebay; However, I haven't been able to make enough money due to fees and so on. I have decided to open my own site where I would be able to sell shoes, electronics that I have access to. I would like to deal with someone who can: 1) Design a website. 2) Make it easier for me to upload and edit it to add pictures and descriptions, promotions, sales, coupans without messing up the codes. 3) Design a mailing listfor all my customers + people who visit my site. 4) Have a formal and mature format, e.g [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and my favourite is [login to view URL] (this is the kind of design of the front layot I would like). 5) I don't want an exact copy of any of the site as I don't plan on getting sued, but if you can take the design, edit it out a bit and give me something to work with that is what I would like. 6) I would like an About Us, Customer Service, Newsletter, Terms & Conditions/Policy, FAQ, shipping, Basket/check out page with the package. 7) I don't have much experience with managinng a website so I would like it as easy as possible. 8) I may have to change the front page of the website for upcoming christmas sales, hollowen etc and I would require your services again. 9) If possible I would to integrate automatic shipping charges from (fedex, ups, etc). 10) Also I would like every item to be paid with Paypal(only confirmed address paypal, and credit card only to the billing address). Above I have tried to completely describe what I am looking for. If you think you can do it do bid away. Also, I don't exactly know what you would need for this project i.e. C++, Java, front page, dreamweaver.. so if you understand what I am looking for do leave me a bid and explain to me in full details for the 10 points I have listed, what you can do with them, otherwise I'll ignore it.
