We are needing a mobile app to be designed for our apartment community- The app will allow residents to order delivery food from our restaurants, maintenance request, maid service, package details, pay rent, (might need to have two separate apps one for the food delivery one for the resident portal, if one app cannot not be created that allows all the other functions to run seamlesssly Food Delivery- We use Tabit's online ordering system for restaurants. We will need the backend built up so that a delivery driver/porter can see an order has been placed and pick it up and where to drop it off. (similar to uber eats). Maid Service..(possibly Dog Walking too) Maid service needs to be capable of user selecting date and time and selection cleaning options Package Pick-up- Luxor Package is the system we will use for package pickup Pay Rent & Service Request- Appfolio is the company we use. They have an app already so I imagine everything can be integrated from their app to ours, Payment system we would prefer to integrate paypal into the system We want users to feel safe with with payment options on the app. Appfolio might have other options too. We want the Food Delivery part to be ready to go early as possible. The other parts of the app need to be functional End December, so we may test and change as needed
