The camera to show the city and find places from the camera and name that on pop up is a very good idea, but could it explain about the puzzle? I'm experienced in iOS and swift and VIPER architecture. And .net for back end I can do iOS/android with flutter(same code for two platform) and back end if you need but I need more info to help me to give you a good price in real time. I use .net and dart as server side part.
