nike add to cart application for smartphones

Hello, I am looking for someone who can code their own application and can provide with updates if needed. I love to buy shoes its my passion but sometimes its really hard for me to purchase them due to the fact that they are so limited and sell out within seconds. The way that nike release their shoes is they tweet out a link and you have to click the link and select your size then click "add to cart" . So I am looking for someone who can create an application for both iphone and android platforms that detect tweets from any choosen account and opens the link up and adds the shoes into my cart in less than 1 second also program must let me input the size , the twitter account I want to detect tweets from and the target account , & KEYWORDS that way the app doesnt just open up any random tweet . Also I want to be able to share this app with other s I choose to share it with and want to control who uses it and who doesnt i want something that will let me input the IMEI of the phones i want the program to work on . That way none tries to duplicate it and own it i want to own it 100% . I WILL NOT PAY unless I get a demo
