We are in need of an App that can do the following : Features This App is for a yearly Magazine The App should allow a user to be notified that the New Magazine has been launched Allow the user to select the Magazine and click to download with payment options to 2checkout ( when payment has been verified the can download the mag to the app and View the Magazine by scrolling, zooming, etc old issues can be shown but payment will have to be made to download and see No magazine can be shared from the app the app will be monetized by the ability to display a popup ad when the app loads as well as on a section of the app The app will also display an About Magazine that will display links to the parent website, and associated companies all data and content must be able to be managed by the admin via a console through a website (a website administration site) The app MUST have the ability when we publish a magazine, to allow the admin to select a page and give a link to a advertiser or links accordingly the app will publish pdf versions of the magazine The app should be like this : [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
