Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with our leadership team to provide administrative support, manage projects, and assist with various tasks related to business development and marketing. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Go High-Level accounts, including setting up automations and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
Assist with sales efforts, including lead generation, client communications, and proposal preparation.
Create engaging graphic and video designs for marketing materials, social media posts, and other digital assets.
