The challenge • Gopodio is looking for 2-3 full time marketing managers to cost-effectively spread the message about the platform and build up the community of talents. • The objective is to make the platform exceptionally attractive to the three user groups: the companies sponsoring talent competitions, the competition participants as well as the spectators/voters. • The ultimate goal is to achieve the critical mass of users need to ignite the viral and network effects of the platform. Your tasks • Build up user community by attracting exciting sponsors and participants who add viral content. • Drive the company's growth plan for acquiring new users. • Be responsible for building relationship with potential competition sponsors. • Manage marketing budgets and generate performance analyses (metrics). • Develop creative strategies to drive acquisition and build strong user loyalty. • Manage and develop a team of part time marketing staff around the globe. • Identify and cultivate potential fundraising opportunities.
