Need a Tele Marketing with Good English to work on US timings -- 2

I am in need of a Female Tele Marketing professional with good English skills to join my team. The ideal candidate should be available to work on US timings. Purpose of the tele marketing calls: Lead generation Skills and experience required: - Strong English communication skills - Experience in tele marketing or sales - Ability to generate leads - Familiarity with market - Flexibility to work on US timings EXPECTED LEAD GENERATING AND SALES GOALS Sales candidates will be expected to acquire product knowledge, pipeline development, and customer communication skills for the purpose of creating sales opportunities. Successful sales tactics include, extensive phone activity, text message/email marketing, lead recycling, follow-up, working winback leads, cross sell leads, working cold lead lists offering the services of shopping current insurance rates and coverages with over 20 different carriers. Successful sales candidates will be expected to practice their communication skills, develop their own business vocabulary and open up conversations, generate interest and convert to leads, and finally convert to sales (ask for their business). Product knowledge, lead generating, directed conversation, redirect all conversations, self-motivation and confidence are the behavior of successful sales people. REMOTE CO WORKERS: Remote workers will get a modified system suitable for their technological capabilities, knowledge and training. We offer remote training for Lead Generating, VOIP phone service with texting, company email and web profile. Lead Generating Scope of work for remote workers: • Managing lists of leads, following phone, text, email scripts to interest people in doing business with RW TEAMS for Taxes, Bookkeeping, and Insurance. Lead Generators will send out thousands of text messages, make follow up phone calls using scripts. Sending follow-up emails, organizing leads, taking notes and time and date stamping attempts to communicate with potential customers. • Practice and learn to be a marketing and sales professional, improve professional vocabulary and practice successful tactics to convert phone, email and text conversations to quotes/sales opportunities. • Work close with other licensed sales coworkers to transfer leads that have interest in working with us real time. • Making hundreds of phone calls each week and using a phone script to interest customers in getting insurance quotes, and transferring those interested customers to licensed sales coworkers. • Organizing a pipeline of leads, managing productivity and producing as many current leads as possible. • There will be quotas set for phone calls, text messaging and number of leads. • Successful coworkers will have the opportunity for pay increases and other opportunities without the company. The first 30 days Is a training period with training pay. After successfully completing the training period and becoming a lead generating professional the coworker will receive a pay increase with the ability to get commissions per lead generated.
