Implement Star-Rating in Google Search Results

We are looking for someone to cooperate with. We are having various clients who what t0 have visible star ratings in search results. Are you able to implement the star rating as per google my places / yelp rating only, or are we able to choose any rating? 2. Are you able to implement it in google only or also in other search engines such as bing, yahoo,.. 3. How much time do you need to deliver? How much time does it take approx to be visable? 4.
