Interactive Marketing Manager Job Description The Interactive Marketing Manger is responsible for managing the digital communications for million dollar smile . This person will work collaboratively with the million dollar smile Marketing team and key business partners to develop a comprehensive interactive strategy that supports organizational goals and the acquisition, growth and retention of client relationships in our regions. This role will also be an advocate for interactive communications throughout the organization and a resource for million dollar smile leaders in their application of interactive marketing. This individual will maintain partnerships with Information Services and manage vendor relationships as needed to provide content, functionality and features for million dollar smile . Key Responsibilities: • Plays a lead role in strategic planning for interactive communications, including social media and email marketing • Works with Marketing Director to ensure alignment with million dollar smile ’s strategic plan, marketing strategy and data integration • Manages and executes interactive projects from conception through implementation • Works with leaders throughout the organization to define project objectives and scope, establish timelines, and achieve successful implementation • Exercises independent judgment in reviewing ideas for interactive strategy and establishing priorities • Monitors and evaluates competitors’ use of digital concepts as well as industry trends to ensure that million dollar smile remains an active adopter of new technologies, best practices and new interactive solutions. Works to ensure that web users can find million dollar smile easily through major search engines and online advertising • Develops and monitors a budget for interactive operations; evaluates and selects appropriate vendors, negotiates contracts, and manages the relationships with these firms. Manages priorities among multiple projects and ensures that the million dollar smile sites meet the highest standards for design, user experience and navigation • Maintains and reports web analytics to monitor and track interactive trends, lead generation efforts and campaign results Required Skills • 2-4 years of proven experience and thorough understanding of the Interactive Marketing landscape including: ? Web 2.0 ? Social Media ? Email marketing ? user experience ? web content management systems ? web analytics ? SEO ? SEM ?
