Google Top 10 Ranking Required for THREE Keywords!

I am looking for SEO expert who can bring site [login to view URL] on Top 10 [login to view URL] ranking for TWO keywords "reverse phone lookup" & "reverse cell phone lookup". This is reverse phone lookup website and ranking under 100 on Google.com. However, this website seems to be sandboxed and ranking might not be visible right now. Due to time constraint, I may not able to promote it further and hence awarding this project. The selected professional will need to submit a strategy covering all White Hat SEO techniques. Black hat/Grey Hat Techniques are strictly not allowed. This is purely Pay-Per-Performance project, so no advance or milestone! Time: 30 Days PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT BRING SITE ON TOP 10 WITHIN 30 DAYS ON GOOGLE US SERVER. Requirements: 1. All keywords must appear on Google US server as the site is designed for US visitors. 2. Ranking must last for atleast 6 months. 3. You will update me on the progress of the site on weekly basis. I prefer to be on Gtalk. 4. This will be one-time payment, however, I’m open for monthly/quarterly/yearly contract provided you guarantee top 10 Google ranking throughout the year! Project Cost: $300/- maximum. Plus upto $200/- bonus after three months if site remains on top 10 for keywords – solely based on my discretion. Please don't bid for more than $250/-.
