redesign my labels for skincare products in illustrator

I have designed all my labels for 16 products (55 labels in total inc bottle & lid labels) in photoshop, however my printer requires them to have trim lines and to be saved as a .eps file V4. I am not completely familiar with illustrator, so I require someone to recreate all my labels identical to the ones I created in illustrator. I would also like the winning bidder to show me how to do it in illustrator via Skype or gmail chat. I own a creative agency so the winning bidder will also have more opportunities for work using illustrator or any of the adobe design/web products. I have attached an example of one of the labels that the winning bidder will be recreating, & I have also attached the print specifications sheet from my printer. Please note that all intellectual property created for lamour belongs to myself. I need someone with extreme attention to detail.
