I'm looking for some original illustration of some classic children's stories that are out of copyright. I know there are lots our there but would like you guys to select one or more from the ones that are available (here is a list of some common ones [login to view URL] ) Please work out how long it would take you you to illustrate it yourself so i own your illustrations to do with them what i want. (That sounds bad I know, it's just a legal thing i have to point out) Then tell me how much you would charge - for how many pages and provide an illustrative style. I am looking to own some lovey illustrations of stories i can re-use for without any legal issues. So your quote will be.. - I will illustrate xxxx story - There will be xx pages (pages overview helpful) - I will charge xx for the illustration including source assets - I will illustrate it in this style (see attached) - you supply a illustration style - The cost of the illustration will be $ and i assign all right to the illustration i do to you. I hope that makes it clear what i'm looking for. I love stories, i love illustration, and i have a nice idea, so need some help from some creative talented people to deliver this all. If you know of any other different copyright free stories that can be illustrated then i am happy to hear about them. PLEASE DO NOT OFFER STORIES THAT YOU DO NOT OWN OR ARE NOT COPYRIGHT FREE. Without proper direction accomplishing a great book from scratch wont be easy, the story must be written first. It seems to me your looking for someone who will create the whole content of story book there are great writers/storytellers and there are large number of great artist and there will be few having those 2 qualities. How about reimagine a popular stories, " a remake" with different version or different ending different scenario. This project will end very poor quality if you don't come up with a great story first, fishing without a bait? ehehehe.. tough illustrator are everywhere to produce awesome illustration for this? book that includes me :), my thoughts are put me in the right direction of what kind of story you want to have or what thing the story is all about a world of whom or what?, just give me a single word a hint, then i will write a story for you base on your own idea ?, it will be original from scratch no copying or whatever that you will be worried about, but me writing a story and creating illustration will be a tiny bit expensive.. what say you? :) I a aspiring filmaker and i develop some stories myself but still unpublish, i never had written a children story book but i know i can tell stories.
