Wordpress Developer to Upgrade / Replace Existing Non-Responsive Web Site

Project will take place in two phases. The first of these two phases is to replace / redo an existing web site which is non-responsive and built using older technology. The second phase which is optional would be to add additional new content to the web site. This job is ONLY for the first phase of the project. The existing web site is located at [login to view URL] Development MUST be in standard Wordpress and the developer MUST use the Bridge theme from [login to view URL] for the development. This is so that long term support can be provided if necessary outside of this contract. Any new images not provided by the customer must be licensable and a waiver of copyright must be provided. We can provide any images required if necesary. Full ownership of the resultant web site and copyright of the new web site will be with Your Calgary IT Source Ltd. Successful candidate must provide an estimate of the overall number of hours for the project. Phase 1 only.
