I'm looking for a highly skilled UI/UX designer to create an appealing homepage catering to businesses. This site should impart a feeling of innovation and modernity. Company: We are a provider of video education subscriptions in a professional health niche. Role Overview: Conversational or fluent English required - Qualified candidates will be contacted for an online share screen interview to view and discuss current ideas and content. Seeking a talented UI/UX Website Designer to create captivating designs focused on converting video subscription sign-ups. Visual representation of product crucial. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. We aim to redesign our website to optimise the user experience and increase our conversion rates. Our target market: Health Practitioners - niche market. We are a provider of patient video education and marketing - for Practitioners to play in their office, so they can attract, convert, and retain more business (people). Our platform offers comprehensive education designed to enhance the Practitioners businesses in educating their patients, saving them time and ultimately, add to the success of their business. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Creative Director to translate business objectives/user needs, and brand identity to produce engaging designs. * Elevate designs for increased conversion rates and seamless user experience. * Develop prototypes and high-fidelity designs. * Optimal visual elements to align with the product and brand. * Ensure all pages are fully responsive and mobile-friendly. Requirements: * Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex navigation, including online tools, advertisements, content pages, and B2C products. * Proficiency in Figma or similar * Strong understanding of design principles, best practices. * Ability to communicate effectively, work remotely/collaboratively Submit resume, portfolio, cover letter showcasing relevant experience and why you fit the brief
