40 Painting designs

For a commercial project, we want to have some painting designs made. The total number of painting designs we would like to purchase is 40. Because we are going for a certain look and genre, there are some guidelines we would like you to adhere to: - Painting images need to be 800x1000 pixels, in portrait or landscape orientation. - Paintings cannot be too complicated or have too much detailed brushwork. Do not use too many colors that are complicated to mix. Beginners need to be able to paint an approximate copy of the painting you design. - We are looking for a varied mix of paintings in the following themes and genres (see examples): - 20 Landscapes and sunsets in different types of environments (beaches, forests, cities, sea/coast) - 10 Simple objects against a simple background. - 10 Simple floral or other plant designs - If there are any humans in your paintings, they need to be seen from a distance and not individually recognizable. Further assignment details: - You will certify that all designs are original creations - Digital painting techniques may be used in the creation of your designs. - You will relinquish all intellectual property rights over these paintings upon accepting payment. - We do not have a set deadline for this project, but would like to get started as soon as possible. - We'd prefer to have all 40 painting designs made in one bid, to guarantee a good spread of subjects.
