Design a Flyer A4 DS

I require a professional looking double sided A4 flyer ready for offset printing. I have had one freelancer attempt this but not happy with the standard. Attached is his work and our artwork. Please see below edits required based on what he has done so far; FRONT PAGE The Anttel Logo and "Partner Program" Heading should be the same size. Top of page is out of proportion. Maybe try a version with the word "Program" under the Word "Partner". The text under the heading is too dark The boxes with the "Benifits" look terrible. Change back to all being on the left hand or right hand side of the page The Anttel water mark looks terrible It should be in colour the watermark and flow behind evey object (you cannot see it behind the commission tables) Centre justify "For Further information please contact;" The Tables for Commission are Crap. The text at top of tables should be centred justified. There should be no highlighting of the 36 month contract, $400 BACK PAGE THe Anttel logo should be in TOP left corner of the page The text size, font and colour under the heading should be the sames as on the front page Make all text under heading centre justified MOve the pricing table up the page so it is in the middle of the image The table should not be split between colums, should all join All colours should be the same in the table for shading except for the last column "Discounted Yearly Price to owners" Remove the shading for the Row "100/100Mbps" Again the background water mark is carp and not in colour the 2nd last word in the text below heading should be "discounted"
