I need an app that is on both IOS and Android. I need an app that is about electrification of industry. I want people to able to find free workers from the app you are going to write for me(most likely similar to freelancer.hk). I am thinking this maybe a big project, so i need someone who is a professional (assuming most of the freelancers here will be one) . Moreover, I might or might not need people who know Traditional Chinese(depends on what kind of mock up we are talking about). Also, will I be able to update news and features for the app by myself frequently(probably in Chinese as well)? Please feel free to let me know what sort of informations i am leaking here!
