Create some Icons (EPS and converted in to a Font style)

We need a pack of lined real estate lined icons; - common real estate icons - amenities icons - basic icons (see attached file, this needs to be included) we have a eps file of those icons. so in this style we need some real estate and amenities icons. doesnt have to be unique, there a lot of websites that already delivers those icons for free. only requirement is to merge all icons in 1 pack and do in 1 style. So once again, add 2 sections (2x +/- 30 icons) to our basic icon set. What we need to receive; our basic icon set back incl the 2 sections that you created in EPS, and a converted font style of these icons. You will get our basic set of icons in EPS file for this.
